It's listed
Your certified property joins the Inspection-verified record class and becomes bookable on Bana Stays.
What it costs
Applying is free. Certification and annual re-verification carry a fee we share in full before your file goes live — never buried in fine print.

A certification is a living record — re-verified on a yearly cadence, and re-inspected if something material changes. That is what keeps the verified mark honest long after inspection day.
You keep control — even from abroad
As the title-holder you can place your property in an emergency lockdown at any moment, and lift it yourself. A lockdown suspends the listing and instantly invalidates every entry code. The asset stays yours to govern, wherever you are.
What this form enrols
This form opens a file for a home — a house or apartment — to be listed on Bana Stays. It certifies through the same lane that verifies BANA construction projects, and becomes a proven record. Nightly earning applies only where a firm rate is set. Land-title verification is being prepared with legal counsel and will follow, so a land parcel cannot be enrolled here yet.
